Victim of rape...abort or keep it (by PureGold)
(50 / F-M / Oklahoma)Just because you don't wanna talk about this scenario doesn't mean others, including rape victims, don't. Quit reading and replying to the thread if u are made uncomfortable. I happen to be and know a few children of rape as well as a few mom's that made this difficult decision. To rant and rave that they or anyone shouldn't be discussing their lives is insulting to me.
Well if you go back and see what i have wrote i never said not to talk about it at all..i said it will upset and offend some ppl...talk about it i dont care..but to say don't take it personal or saying it's not controversial is bull...i am a victim of rape and so is a member of my family, i can come in and say what i want just like you can

@LaDawn: no i dont like the subject but i havent out right told anyone not to talk about it,i said be prepared for someone to be upset...i usually stay out of threads like this, but what has me alittle peeved is his comments like it's not a big deal, i do agree that it does help some women to talk about it, just some dont want to relive it
Oh this is a really bad topic. It is very sensitive to people. If this actually happen to someone in my life I would suggest to them to keep it or find a great couple that can adopt it like my cousin and his wife. My opinion is abortion is murder but its also a woman's choice to chose what she wants.
Also IMO if a person is guilty of rape, they need to march them out and Do what they did in Braveheart. Strech them out, hang them to the point where they're still alive, then if they are male (which most of these *******s are) cut off One Eye Willie and his 2 friends. If its a woman, I'm not sure yet but it would be just as cruel.

Im usually totally against abortion but in this scenario i would definitely want my gf to get an abortion , it would be her choice what she does but honestly there is no way in hell that i'd stick around to help raise some rapists kid ,
