You really dont need a gym....programs like Shaun T's insanity show you how to use your body in a way to get the same results. Just takes discipline.
@OmgItsJessi: Sounds like you're right on track. I know it just takes a lot of time and dedication. Another thing I like to do is adopt one new healthy goal each week, either diet or fitness related, so it slowly becomes a lifestyle change. That sucks you don't like yoga. For me it seems to work muscle groups I didn't know existed. Its lower impact and very relaxing. Diet, exercise and stress reduction helps lower the hormone cortisol that makes weight harder for some of us to take off. Keep up the good work. Hope all is well with your little family too.

That's good. My sister got into the triathlon training a little bit. she'll run at least 3 miles. Do some heavy mountain biking on some days and swimming. Just tells me I'm a pathetic fat smuck.
You look great already-especially after four babies! No wonder people ask you how you could have four kids:-)
