Ok ...... first off ... not all young girls are lazy and latinos are not always the problem either so first off stop generalizing!!!! I am a 19 year old LATINA WOMAN WHO IS NOT LAZY i have worked for everything i have!!! i am NOT pregnant with a kid ... this is the type of bs that ticks me off. STOP generalizing!!! Nothing is supposed to be easy and that is something i was taught at such a young age. My father and mother worked multiple jobs when me and my sister were young! i realize that nothing is free!! yes its hard to find a job I've been looking for a job for over 6 months an no one hired me so i'm starting my own business instead. i understand that this "steryotype" is being caused by young girls who seem to (in my opinion) be not conscious of their decisions due to the fact that they may have just been given everything and expect to be given everything. during my previous job i have seen numerous times a young woman coming into the office expecting a large refund and when they see the number they are shocked to see such a low number.... and sometimes owe. when i explain to them the situation they become angry saying "but your suppose give me" i'm not suppose to give you anything but help with your taxes and getting them done. thats my job. it makes me feel ashamed that there are more and more ppl around my community that seem to just say "but your suppose to give me" (and not in these precise words) like just for being born and here in the world they should be treated like kings and queens.nothing is suppose to be easy in the first place.

I am not a mum but have you seen how much child care costs now days some women cannot help being single mums when the bloke just ditches the misses when they are asked to help look after their child so some jobs dont pay enough to feed them or their child or even afford rent women have different situations think about that b4 you judge

I agree with lara. as stated not all young women are the problem. some just dont have the resources and their situations are all different. altho it is sad to say that the most common situation (that i have seen) is the girl getting pregnant and then they apply for welfare and who knows what else and they do nothing but stay at home and not lift a finger while their mother takes care of the kids and i have heard of this situation were a girl was asked "why dont you get a job?" and the girl responds with "i would but then my mother wont take care of my kids" ... this is the most common situation that i personally have seen which is upsetting.

I think the comment made about latinos was that if there really wasnt jobs in America, they wouldnt be here workin. Its just Americans are a very lazy and very greedy people. 2 things that never work together. And people who come from families with 2 working parents tend to be more successful in life. This is not the fifties anymore. Dont believe what u see on Mtv and all the other BS tv out there. Open your eyes people. Success comes from hard work!

Men (boys) jus need to stop getting girls pregnant and let them live their lives. If men didnt walk out on them they wouldnt be in that situation.....and there are PLENTY of lazy men in this world, dead beat dads that dont mind making the babies but wont get a job themselves to support it.

Yea i had one. My mom raised me and my sister. It was hard but she did it. By herself. Then net a guy who loved us as his own. So while there are lotta dead beats out there, there are also good men that will raise another mans child. That takes a real man.

First of all. Not all stay at home Mom's are dependent! I am a stay at home mom myself. Not everyone can just go get a job. I can't work, and if i could i would have to walk 6 hours to get anywhere. On top of that i e't have anywhere for my kids to go during the day. My fiance works but we are barely getting by. Oh and welfare! We can't get any help because we don'T meet the requirements. Just because you can work unlike some does not make others dependant. Don't be so quick to judge.
