Every time I go to my Home page it shows I have mail. When I go to inbox its empty.
(35 / F-M / Illinois)Happens to me too.or it was just a msg ive already veiwed.but still shows i have new msgs
I think because they have message left in your inbox ray and you forget to open it and read it before leaving your inbox.
(Admin)Could you guys please detail for me step-by-step exactly what you did and what happened so I can pinpoint where the problem is and fix it for you?

I had a message I read it and deleted it. Yet when I return to homepage it shows I have mail. I go to mail its the same message I deleted. Its done this 3 times in a row today. And it still shows I have mail.
I just deleted a message 3 times it was the same message each time. Every time I clear my In box and return to homepage it shows I have mail. When I go to In box its the message I had just deleted.
I just sent you a message. Please delete it and see if it's still there.
