@WalkSoftly: he thought he child was in danger of being hurt bya person that had no right to hang a child over the balcony by his ankles. Micheal jackson done it and he got crucified by the public because he is a celebrity he should be allowed to no one should be able to do hang a child over the balcony by the ankles.
Meh......Id like to hear the moms side of the story.....something tells me theres a lot left out here.....

Ok if i truely believe somebody was hurting my child, i would go there and not care about about breaking it. Cause id be going to jail for something a lot more serious anyways

@OmgItsJessi: Oh I agree.....but I think either a lot is being left out of this story or a lot of conjecture is being added. The OP has a history of woman bashing....just like some have a history of man bashing. Anyway, thats why stories such as these shld come with a link....

yeah i agree the story doesnt really make sense. Because with those orders cant they be no cotact at all. Id think the woman would be in trouble also for sending the text

@WalkSoftly: mum sent txt to the childs father when she was asked by the judge to show him the txt tha he suppose to of sent her said to judge don't have the message deleted it from the phone. Lawyer found out that she had a history of taking out temporaily restraining orders for no ligitament reason. Now lawyer has decided to lodge an appeal based on her history of false reasons of obtaining restraining orders.
