When you hear the word christian what do you think of? When you claim to be a christian what are you claiming?

Ok, a good question. i believe in God and pray not every day but most days. I am also respectful to anyone, and i believe God answers prayer. i would not preach to anyone who isnt as i have dear friends who have little or no faith.

Being a Christian am nothing without God hence i live for Him.

Thanks for answering! To me when i think of christian, a few things come to mind judgemental,rude,snubish all come to mind. Not saying we all are that way but theres alot that are. The term christian means christ like so when i say christian i am saying i am patient, kind, loving,gentle,stern,peaceful,forgiving. But most important i am saying i have a relationship with God.

When I hear the word I think of people, everyday average people... some are judgmental and some are open minded.
For me, being a christian means more then believing in God. It's having a personal relationship with him through his son, Jesus Christ.
