Yesterday I started getting a lil dizzy when I stood up, no big deal. Just now, laying here, the whole world starts spinning 900 mph. I had to grab the edge of the mattress and hold on tight for it to finally stop. Am I ever gonna be normal again? Does low blood pressure cause dizzy spells? I need this to stop, I got flirting to do dammit

Yes low bp can cause dizziness, especially when sitting up or standing up too quickly....but it usually subsides rather quickly....prolonged dizziness shld be addressed by a physician though.
