It can take up to 24 hours as it has to be verified manually.

David you have a pic up you just have to verify it. Follow the instructions in you profile for verifiying.

Go to "My Profile" to see the Profile Pic you uploaded (if any), and then click on "Upload Verification Pic" to see the Verification Pic you uploaded (if any).
