Any good weight loss plans? (by Susanann17)
I serously and (very obviously) need to lose some weight. The thing that worked the best for me counting calories where I would eat less than 1,000 calories a day. I want to tell the people I live with that Im dieting, but Im afraid they'll laugh at because I've tried and failed (again obviously) multiple times. Can anypne share what helped or worked best for them?
Walking and lots of water does wonders. Every step counts....park further away from the door at wal mart, take the long way around while shopping, etc. Don't cut sweets out completely, still allow yourself one day a week that u don't count calories.
How about lots an lots of sex? (probably explains why I'm a little tubby....)
Lots of water, excercise and dont cut out sweets completely.
