I played Blackened Thrash metal before I lost my damn guitars. I sing harsh vocals, often gutterals, growls, and barks. I sing clean vocals occasionally

Now this I can sing and play on keyboard, piano, guitar and bass:)

@IndianDreamer: Their vocalist is a good keytar player. The band is Folk Metal/Power Metal. Due to the sound of their style, they've coined the term "Pirate Metal". They're damn good.

@IndianDreamer: None taken.. Just one genre I listen to. I cannot stand country, but I like bluegrass. Speaking of which, I wish I still had my banjo.. :(

Earl Scruggs and Lester Flatt were the first banjo pickers I ever heard-love me some Ricky Skaggs kinda harmony:)My step dad played banjo and mandolin:)

@IndianDreamer: Aye, very nice. I love the sound of the mandolin, though I'm not all that great of a player on 'em. I don't do all that well with a small fretboard.

Im the same w any stringed instrument-give me a few days to toughen up my fingertips and I can play anything:) I truly hate to cut my nails for one night of playin tho lol:)

@IndianDreamer: Haha, yeah. I only played a guitar like.. 2-3 weeks ago after about a year. I need to get around to getting a new one. I miss playing. My Seagull S6 played beautifully. I'd like that same model again..
