@adesomide: If the DOT is red or green. Red is off line. Green is on site now. If it says DELETED OR BANNED , not active. If is says Dunced , then it is still active, but they can not reply on forums. Only in inbox. You can attempt to inbox any active user. Unless their restriction settings prohibit you. It is their choice to response or not. You can inbox, w/red or green dot on. :)
