For those that have been through or in collage when you get brunt. Out what are somethings you did to get back focused on your studies at hand

I took time off a semester (and then a whole year... I was really burnt out then lol), and made sure I had plenty of 'downtime'

@cgdean77: U need frequently breaks...go outside, rest ur mind on a regular basis...don't cramp to much in ur head to fast...u will lose interest. Do it slow but steady
