Why can't I send messages to other user? Each time I try sendiing messages the response was that "you need to have a verified pics to contact this user" and when i called this user they said they have no restriction of such. What can I do?

are your pics. verified? had almost the same problem the other de but its been worked on

Simple..Verify your pics.Its a new requirement for African users..

am facing the same problem too and av send my pics twice for verification but i was still facing the same problem.
