Some people have posted some pretty good advice here already, but I feel the need to add some input. Yes, they can work, it is not easy, but it requires constant communication and a great deal of trust and mutual feelings between the two people involved.

Like Greeneyes said, distance is just a number, and that shouldn't keep the feelings from growing if it is a true thing. :) An actual relationship, a real one is going to move past the realm of the "physical" in any case, it is an investment of time, effort, emotion, respect, trust and understanding between two people...those things are the heart of the matter.
Patience and understanding would also have to factor in...really it would depend upon the willpower, strength and ultimately the love that those two people share...that transcends time and distance both. :)

Eventually people are gonna get tired of ...sending E MAILS... TEXT MESSAGES...WEB CAM SEX..& PHONE SEX...people want the real thing...she would have to eventually move to him... or he would eventually have to move to her...that's the bootom line....or the both of them find someone closer.

For me it depend on what kind of love you have to each other,how you communicate with each other do you normally use cam i think that is the only way it can work out

I have been i relastionshipe for 4years ago but my girl got pregnated by another man.and am not awear of it till after 6 to 7 month dat i now got to know ,and she said is not intentional what can i do,the best is to quit the relationship with her.that means she is not who i think she is b4could that be love?is this kind of stage what can i do.if is comunication,100%in finance i am trying my best.if any one lo he or she can waitt for you.not about the distance but by the love that both have for eachoder.
