Indeed! If you keep looking in the rearview mirror how can you see what is ahead.

Hpw do you do that? My heartbreak was 2 yrs ago. Im trying to mingle. But I was with the girl for almost 7 years. And she left me in the most painfull way possible. How do I get around that, so I can focus on the now?

I know its hard and takes time but it is possible, just focus on other things and you'll make it through :)

Not sure what to focus on. I wake up, I train for an hour, shower, go to work for a 10 hour shift, then I come home, eat, train again, and sleep. Not much to focus on. Lol.

Okay. But please look at my profile and let me know if you see anything bad, or anything that just needs to be changed. Please do. Ive been out of the dating game for quite a while. And Im afraid that I may have forgotten how to flirt. Lol.
