@realman2186: backstrap and biscuits cuz reminds me of deer camp in louisiana. crisp mornings, cookn brkfst for hunters and playful trashtalk bout who was gonna shoot biggest deer.....luv camp!!!

I make a great spegheyyi and a great lasagna. I make my own sauce from scratch. And the seasonings wal la. Perfect. My family doesnt like sweet tomatoe sause so i add seasonings till i think they like. Do have to taste it. Tomatoe paste tomatoe sause garlic oregeno sage and my special spice. Its awesome. Homade pizza you have to eat with a fork. Yummy. I can make too.

I can never pick just one fav food lol. Lets see: gumbo, chicken n' dumplings, okra, fried chicken, vegetarian lasagna, crawfish, GOOD shrimp po' boy (the shrimp has to be piled on, well seasoned, and the coating can't be fallin off lol), turkey chili, cornbread, I love a buttered up homemade biscuit and buttermilk poundcake *rubs belly* xD

(oh gosh hungry now...) My all time fav food is breakfast: eggs over easy, sausage, hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy... yummy :)

Well i wish i was close by thats an offer i cant refuse. Anyway i know a cajun or did know one and he use to make this cajun receipe that had shrimp and saugae noodles and i think alfredo sauce damn i didnt get the recipe. But a cali girl i thought yuck. But was really good.

I miss biscuits and gravy. I don't eat pork anymore :( I could make a sausage gravy with turkey sausage but, guess there ain't nothin like some pork fat for certain things :/
