@Lonelyforher: Well for me i can chat here but unless ive known person ages, chatted and figured out i wouldnt just give my ph nr out cos its bit freaky for me. I had prob with sales job and ppl had my nr and got so many calls for dates i was freaked out so it really put me off making my nr available. I had to get really rude with the callers before they got the message.
@Lonelyforher: Believe you me ive heard some ppl mumble before they can talk.
Does long distance work? This is my first try at a dating site and I get a lot of responses from people a bazillion miles away. I usually dont reply back but what if i an missing out on a chance of a lifetime? Maybe a chance to see a new place? Lol or maybe i need to lay off the hallucinagens lol
@Megpie87: I think to a large degree distance does count but it doesnt stop me making friends long distance. Its far easier to get know and meet one closer to u. What if ya take a long trip and its not what ya expect even if persons genuine? Ya gota return and could cause ill feelings besides cost involved if someone pays for a to come over. For me it would be hard to take a chance like that esp since i aint ever been away from home long distances! It would be scary for me! Not to say it wont work.
Oh man a woman i knew met a guy on mixit he fell in love and sent her abus ticket-she arrived and he immed sent her str8bk on next bus. She had posted pic of her young pretty daughter. She still tried lie saying she had picked up weight since then! What a woman and she looked like a witch!
Another male friend mine also met woman mixit and she ripped him off of five grand but he sued her and got money back but oh wow how can ppl play with others feelings that way. Ya gota be so careful! Worst is some ppl on some sites involved playing with others feelings besides betraying partners and thats awful
@Trisha777: that is awful.. This is my first attempt at a dating site so im pretty timid lol
