Ingrediants : 4oz pkg cream cheese cubed, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margerine, 1/4 tsp whie pepper, 1/8 tsp garlic powder, 8oz fettuccine Optional : cooked boneless/skinless chicken breast, steamed broccoli spears Make it : MIX cream cheese, parmesan cheese, milk butter and garlic powder in a medium saucepan; cook on low until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Mix in optional chicken or broccoli or both. TOSS with fettuccine and serve :)

Dude. cream, butter, parm cheese. equal measure. seasonings listed are fine. though that is a bit high fat and finiky about getting overheated.....
