BAD habits (by Suzieq205)
Well, I have this REALLY annoying habit and its that I pick my nails, like I bite them and pick at them. I've been doing it since I can remeber. Does anyone else do this? I really wanna stop, but half the time I do it without noticing it! Any ideas on how to get me to stop?
i do it all the time like u said most of the time i dont even notice it lol and i still do it to this day
@Suzieq205: I also bit my nails when I was a junior in high school. But a time came when I realised I was no longer a small boy. Why should I be eating my finger nails? A developed and grown man shouldn't indulge in such bad habit. I wanted to be a civilised guy and I resolutely determined to stop it and that did it. See yourself as a developed lady who shouldn't be biting her nails (developed people don't do that), decide firmly to stop this habit and you will see yourself stopping it. Good luck

If you really feel the urge to bite em just chew some gum? lol I dont know I have nails that grow like my hair-long and fast&have always had pride in keeping them pretty so dont bite or tear them when the chip-I keep a nail file on me at all times...lol not for a weapon either but ya never know what it might come in handy for!:)
Okay guys thanks :) I'll take all your advice and try to put it to good use! :)
The best way of getting rid of one bad habit is to take up a different one . So maybe you should start smoking . Lmao
There is also stuff in the drugstore u can buy u can put on them...makes them taste nasty and diverts u from wanting to bite them
Lol ok well the stuff at the drugstore will help with biting...idk bout the picking...
