Well.... Since you've put it thaaat waaay....rofl

For me, what would matter is if the person of a different race exhibit certain qualities I like and need in my life from a partner. And, definitely, it will be based on how well he treats me in public as well as in private. That is something I would have to consider as well. Based on certain cultural influences though, other than black men, I tend to lean more towards East Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Native American and Asian. My point is, I think people who intend to date, become a couple and marry different races, should consider the same things they would if they were looking to do this within their own race. Why would I get dogged by a black man and look for a white guy to treat me like a queen or be treated like crap by a white guy and look for a black man to treat me like a queen. I should be looking for a good man in either racial group :)
