Being a single mom myself, when it comes to meeting a new guy, u have to be very careful, dont look at the situation in a negative light, look at it as an early warning of what would have happened if it got serious.

Me too!! But my kids have never got to the point of meeting the guys I dated. Its like the guy knows im more involved with my kids and gets jealous. I'm like u have kids yourself how do u not understand and get so jealous!! Makes no sense!!

Well, them guys are not that ready to have your attention shared by your children but it's a good thing that at the early stage they backed out instead of creating some misunderstanding in the future when you are in a serious relationship with one of them. Chaos that might trap you in between . When right time comes, you will find that special man who would be happy to accept that you have children who needs your attention and love too....

Why do you have that closer bond with your step daughter than your actual son? Are you spending more time with her rather than your son?

@Rainbowbutterfly: no its just that ive been in my step daughters life for the past 2 yrs and to me she is my first child but i love them both the same
