Any one with an idea of how I can apply a radio controlled model aircraft for civilian and public use?

@Stephenem:strap a nuke to it, and hit obeezy square in da face with it while he is in another country, tryin to fix their bs instead of our bs. Please. Especially while he spendin american money everywhere but here.
