im picky... so ill sum it up by saying:
a turn on; being yourself without caring about others opinions.
a turn off; selfishness with a side of cheater pie.

Turn on's: Likes to have fun a beautiful smile and is unpredictable on how they share their love in ways.
Turn offs: cheating lying making rude comments about ppl and not being clean.
