For pregnant women to not smoke or drink. I was talking to a friend about this and how it will take rights away. But there is an underage child inside of you so yeah. It should be illegal.

@Crazybutterfly: slowly but its happening. Government still havent figured it out yet. Governments afraid they mite not get every penny they can frm it.
