@missCHIE: cause of rain? Mother nature. Effect? Flooding. Solutions? Build river walls up, dig river deeper, cant change mother nature.

binaha ang cdo dati sis eto mga causes: illegal mining operation, quarrying,forest denudation, dumping garbage sa mga ilog yan nkkabaha yan... gawin: plant trees, educate the people, implement strict laws for the preservation of our nature .. yan lng maisip ko cnxa lol
