@Tinman02: I dont want revenge, i have prayed for him and i just want to know i can take care of my children properly.
Here in GA they go by how many kids you have and both party's incomes. I'm not worried bout getting Child Support because I just want their mom out of our lives completely. I make plenty to provide for me and my kids.
(54 / M-F / Utah)@butterfly6577: no do not settle if u have custody he owes what the law states! If he tryes to drag it out file a 20 day answer summons on him you can do it for free self help at your district court.
@butterfly6577: Not a chance in he..! That's what he's counting on,that you want out bad enough.... That there's no truth about him out there... That his kids, don't get what they need. Cause in his mind,it's for You. Been there,done that,didn't work. Know his MO, all too well.... Ach! FLASHBACK.... WHERE'S THE ASPRIN?
