Each user controls their own Contact Restrictions and the only way to override them is to either send them a Virtual Gift or upgrade to Premium.

@Andres: There are younger guys that somehow bypassed my contact restriction, as far as I can see, they are not premium members.... can you please check my contact restriction and fix the problem? Thank you.
