I've having NIGHTMARES lately. (by Twoinchheels)
I can not remember the last time I've had dreams. Here in the last week I'm dreaming at nap and nights. Vivid dreams with all parties current, appropriate clothes, age and surroundings, And in colour. Only one or two things out of place thus letting me know it's just a dream instead of a true warning. Why do you suppose that is? I have reduced my stressess. I'm not taking any medications. I truly hate my house-mate's lack of insight of sharing house responsibilities thus learning to hate him also as a person, but thats nothing new and his lease is valid till May. The only thing differant in my life is my checking account is a little lower than normal. Why am I being plagued with unpleasent dreams this last week?
Have you been eating before bed? or spicy foods? these can cause nightmares...
That or not going to the bathroom before bed.. I've always been told that
Although i've had crazy dreams after my nephews make a big mess... So maybe there's somethin to that?
@longhairedsinner, no. my diet has not changed. @yesman:
no matter if you have lightened the stress the subconcious still is thinking about it and this brings about the dreams.
I have nightmares if i eat chocolate right before bed or if im seriously stressed.......if its an actual premonition time frames vary doesnt always meean the event will happen right away.......keep notes of specific objects pple things that happen in your dreams and trying getting a dream dictionary........something in your subconcious could be bothering u or in your daily life that just hasnt come to light yet! ;)
Ive been in a nightmare the last 4 years and rumor has it its going to last another 4 years
