My sister is Lesbian and I was just wondering if her and her partner decide to marry, which states will legally marry them?

Freedomtomarry.org ;) right now its connecticut vermont iowa new york new hampshire and dc......there r a few states the law passed in 2012 but hasnt taken effect just yet and a few states that are trying to pass that law......check out hat site it has a lot of good info!! ;)

ahh, thanks for the information Shellbelle! The law was rejected here in FL so I wondered where else could they marry if they chose to. Im guessing it's no longer legal in Cali right?
