My friend told me i should not be looking for a girlfriend right now just cause i dont got myself together financially yet..i am going through rough times but thats no reason to stop looking for love . i disagree with him. i will find my love

Wellll lol, I dont think your friend meant anything bad by that Lucifer. I just think he meant that maybe you should also focus on yourself so that you will go into a relationship having yourself more together. Think about it. You're broke...she's broke...whaddya going to do together?lol And, people who work are going to sensibly look for someone who can meet them half way and not simply to pay his or her way. Yes, it's about money also because it's a resource that allows for other things in your life. A girl may date you and pick up the tab, decide to look over your position and work with you, and may even marry you. Then, you start a family. Without a job you're like a child-an extra mouth to feed. Focus on making yourself more adequate. You will thank your friend one day :)
