It a natural sugar from grapes, you can buy it at health stores, some supermarkets have it here also, its sugar made out of grapes gives you energy right away you can also buy it like a piece of hard candy, for on the go! Iam sure you have it in canada!

I dont think they have it where u are but a bottle or irn bru ice cold cures a hang over in an instant xxxxxx
