Yes i wouldnt expect to ever pay for a first date. I would always keep it in mind to have cash with me "jus incase" but if im asked out then i would think he would pay. Further down the road, i would pick up the bill. Or let him buy dinner & me offer to pay for the movie

Of course the guy should pay for the 1st date!!! Provided that the girl pays for the motel room JUS KIDDING lol...Yes, if the guy asks her out, he pays...Now if the girls is the asker, I have no problem with letting her pay...or at least try to pay (I would sneakily pay the bill lol)

I beleive the guy should pay if he asked the girl out. If the girl then vice versa unless you come up with the dutch plan and each pays there own way. But i definately will offer to pay my share on the first date.

Yes guy pays. Also opens doors, pulls out chair and all the good stuff we were raised on.Especially if you want a 2nd date.Chivalry is not dead in my thinking.Down the road if she chooses to take you out and pay then thats cool.Just shows she apprieciates all you do for her.
