Its a very sad state of affairs all around with no practical solutions in sight! When I was much younger the town where I lived had mostly small mom & pop businesses where everyboby bought what they needed, including small grocery stores. Now every town has Walmart and perhaps A FEW small busnisses struggling to stay alive!

Wellfare is a good idea in theory. But poorly implimented. So i think it shouldnt exist if it cant be done right. What happend to people being good neighbors? if we werent so tight fisted in this d*** country we wouldnt need the goverment to take care of anybody but our soldiers.
