Birth defects do to first generation incest has an increased rate of 5% to 10% (meaning 1 in 200 children or 1 in 100). Whereas second generation has a mere 2% increased chance. This is only added into the basic percentile that a certain birth defect would happen. (i.e retardation, autism, down syndrome ect.). Example.
