@sweetnspice: Use a mild soap. Mosturize regularly. I think a light scrub weekly helps with dryness. I use coconut oil, sugar and vit e oil. Stay away from foundations that are cream to powder, mousse, matte etc as those may be dryin. Have you tryed neutrogena makeup? Its noncomedogenic so I'd think that work well with your skin type.
@Hawks1: Thank you! A lot of that, like the coconut oil and mild soap are part of my current routine. But I will definitely look into your other suggestions. Hopefully finding a solution. :)
@sweetnspice: I hope you find something that works too. You kinda have two things working against each other. You need the full coverage of a mousse but something lighter for healthy moisturized skin. I would go with skin care over coverage. Is there any discoloration to your scarring? Maybe try the neutrogena long last foundation and if you need it the healthy skin primer. Almay would be a good otion for you also. Check the website details before you choose and usually you can find online coupons too.
