Anyone dealing with fybromyalgia, and lupus (by anichole)
I don't have either of those but do have metal holding a lot of my body together including my back and neck and my pain management doc was a life saver...if the one you have isn't doing it get another. And I've found that deep breathing relaxation and massage therapy is heavenly...just heavenly
@rootbeerfloat: i used to alot considering i live on the same street lol. But the alley is barely open these days...
@LaDawn: I just started going to a pain management Dr. He's the one that found all this out. he's trying to help me the best he can just upper my pain meds. i go back the 15th of Nov for injections
@Noresttonight: interesting. My best friends family owns it and he is always tellin me he is too busy working at the bowling alley to come and hangout. He looks like shrek and has a lazy left eye and a huge gut. Hv u evr seen him n there? His name is travis
@anichole: mine helped me find the right regimen of drugs and eventually I was off all narcotics and my pain level is manageable now...
@LaDawn: that's what Im hopping right now Im on narcotics but i don't want to be on them to long

@Noresttonight: i went there once. Bowled six straight games and my wrist swelled up
my stupidity for usin a 13 lbs ball lol

@rootbeerfloat: yeah i guess thats what u get. I only use an a 10 lb ball.
