Well beleive it or not, FEMA , DHS, and the NSA are actually running a"GRID DOWN" test over thanksgiving. The nsa has annonced that they have broken every incryption known, and can now shut down the worldwide grid. We all know what that would cause. In the event of an emergency it gives the GOV. the power to declare martial law, and supposedly render aid in the event of a cyber attack, or EMP device. SCAREY PART.... they can kill the grid and take over everything... LOL .. food for thought.
