(Admin)We've had instances of African Scammers using such services and all I had to do was simply contact the service and ask them to block our numbers from their entire service, which quickly solved the problem.
That said, I don't expect this to be a 100% fool-proof solution, but it should greatly improve the quality of the Forums and is a lot better than doing nothing.
