Nobody doubts this. But as my bro romeo says im gonna put my 2 cents in also. You will never get anywhere if you give up. There is a great guy out there looking for you also but it always takes time and patience you really dont need a mr right now thats just passing through and you want the right man thats fit for you. Time and patience my dear will get you where you want and what you want.

yes right now,you dont need a man.focus on yourself and your health first :) guys come in and out of ours lives all the time but one day you'll find the right one for you.just hang in there.you're only 18 for pete's sakes girl :D enjoy your life and being a mommy and just do you.plus they say the right guy,is the one who comes when you least expect it and arent really looking :) head up ma'am!
