@1honestman: yup. She likes the drama. Only explanation I can think of, even being nice to her, she had to be rude and nssty to us, shows who the real problem is, just sayin

@mrb89: yeah, Rich & I came to the same conclusion the other day. Even when all of us did what common courtesy required, all she did was use it as a stage for her amusement. I used to pity her.
