Ok say i can't get my picture verified because the person who has recieved my verification knows me and refuses to verify my pic...how do i get my verification to send to someone else???

Its got nothing to do with that in your veri pic you need to be holding a pc of paper with the code they gave u next to ur face and make it able to be read

More then one person sees ur verification pic anyway, so even if the person u know declines it, someone else will see it and approve it if all requirements are met

The Verification System was designed with situations like this in mind. That's why no single user has the power to reject your Verification Pic during the process, just like no user has the power to single-handedly approve it. In other words, it's a community decision based on several votes, not an individual one. So if you followed the instructions correctly, a single person voting "No" will have no effect on your verification. Therefore, if you are getting rejected, it's not because of that user, it's most likely because you are not following the instructions correctly and the community is rejecting your pics as a result.

They can if they are seeking both "Male and Female". You can verify whatever gender(s) you are seeking.
