30 Days of Thankful (by SweetNothings)

Each day during November I'm going to put something I'm thankful for. Sometimes it will just be a pic or a Bible verse, but you feel free to add too. I'm going to try and keep up with this daily.

Day 1

I'm thankful for my mom. Who can tell by the way I say "hello" on the phone, when something is wrong. She prays for me without fail, and encourages me to not give up.

Day 2

I'm thankful for my couch. After working 8 hours with nothing but a measly 10 minute break, it sure feels good to rest my aching body on a fluffy couch.

@SweetNothings: I wish I could fit a recliner in my truck. It would be nice to have a comfy place to relax at the end of the day.

@ramblinman: Yeah, I bet. I want one of those heated massagers that I can hang over the seat...someday lol

@SweetNothings: Make yourself a home-made hearing pad: Fill dried beans into a sack, I use a burlap sack as it is microwave safe. All you have to do then is to pop it in the microwave to warm it up. The beans don't last forever, but they do last for a good while. Now if you wish to have the vibrations you might wish to break into your dresser. I've actually seen them used for that purpose, though I'm sure there should be another alternative
