Being an asz on sites like this helps. Anything to keep my mind diverted from the pain, and some beers and music helps too. Gotten to the point I cant sit and watch a movie at all

I wasnt either till I became 31. But hey we all are different. Plus it a good thang ya cant drink. Drinking to avoid pain only leads to an angry drunk.

Ive got fibromyalgia and honestly the onty thing ive found for the pain is pot. The pain from fibromyalgia is caused by overactive nerves that are misinterpeting signals from your brain, thus causing constant pain, and pot helps to calm those nerve signals. While u might still feel a bit of discomfort your pain shld be reduced a significant amount. A hot soak in the tub right before bed will help u sleep alot better as well, if the pain is keeping u up at night. Hope the advice helps. Good luck i know its rough sometimes.

His advice is best. But as I have children and pot is illegal in my state. I cant take the risk, so I bear the circumstances. Havent had a disc injection. But I KNOW after 4 epiderals my life is writhing pain atleast 40% of my day
