I usually distract myself by doing extra cleaning. . Gives me a sense of accomplishment. .Some times I go talk with my 90yr old grandma.

@MayanAbyss: it always happens when I think of my daughter Holly Anne. She died 24 years ago when she was only 16 she was daddy's little girl and my reason for living. and even though it wasn't my fault she died I can never forgive myself for letting her go out that night
