Wot a mean iz dat there r people who lack courage to let out wot they feel en they never realise that it's much painful to keep it by urself...so they shud jaz let it out.?!!

Not everybody is that way far as the people ive met in my life no one i know is that way.

But by letting it out sometimes it more painful. Been there told him I liked him a lot even though we were miles apart. Was willing to make changes for him and we haven't talked since. So yes letting it out hurts just as bad.
