A crime of hurting someone mentally? Lol I would be the next Bill Gates if there was a law like that

Actually there is a law on mental abuse in the USA but it does not in any way effect international laws there is a possibility he could file but it would cost a lot and it's not worth it
@Santeesouthernman: so he is just scaring me because he has no job now so he has no money to spend on that case.
@heartbeat1990: correct he is just trying to scare you into being with him just change your number and report him on the site if he is on here that's all you can really do
