Tis a Nigerian scammer. I googled searched them. That is an image of a model named Kelsey Hess and there are warnings about this all over the web. just so ya knows.
I thought it was almost impossible for foreigners to use U.S. numbers due to verifying number rule
So did I, but they might have a base of operations in the US, ya never know.
yes that's what I think too. A prepaid phone is $15 anyone can get one use the number and change it every day to acquire more numbers. I think there's scammers in US here for the scammers in Africa
@Briteeyes: yes indeed. But yea that one profile is fake, all I did was a google image search and the first few things I saw were about that being a stolen image and used by scammers.
