Contact restrictions (by brewereightysix)

Hey. if i don't meet someones contact restrictions, they should not be able to wink, message, etc. me just sayin.

Not trying to block any one. just annoyed that when i get a wink or message and try to reply, it says sorry. blah, blah, blah.

Actually, if someone contacts you first, then you will automatically override their Contact Restrictions. The only exceptions are the "With Verified Phone" and "With Verified Pic" restrictions, which cannot be overridden (to keep fake profiles/scammers from baiting unsuspecting victims with attractive pictures just to override all their Contact Restrictions). However, those are 2 restrictions that you actually have control over, meaning you would just have to verify your pic and/or phone and you would then be able to contact them. Now, whether you would want to, is entirely up to you.
