The Rating Game (by ynotudo69)
Fish won't bite and Forums are kinda slow so I came up with an idea.Rate the person above you (last one to post) profile and pic.Scale from 1 to 10.Not sure if its been done B4. Somebody has to start by rating me and then we follow. 
Give profiile rating first and pic rating second.Might help people figure out what to spruce up
