My (21 F) brother (27 M) walked in on his wife (26 F) cheating on him after he tried to surprise her by coming home early from the Navy. How can I be there for him? The person she is cheating with (17,18 M) I am pretty sure is a student in her high school.

They got married in 2021- she is a high school teacher, and he is in the Navy. He had to work over the holidays and was supposed to be back around mid-February for valentines. Three days ago, we tried to surprise her with an early home coming, it was me, my dad, mom and him.
When we went to the door we heard a lot of "sex noise" very loud clapping sounds and we could hear her screaming. My dad begged him to go back to the car but he insisted to confront her and she was cheating and he broke down in tears. The student she was with I am pretty sure goes to the high school she teaches at, he has a distinct face with dreadlocks, I have seen his face on the school news paper for athletics I am pretty sure.
At any rate this has been devastating for our whole family. I have tried calling him over 20 times but he does not pick up. I think my dad was able to speak to him once after the ordeal. I have left him voicemails saying how much I love him and how he didn't deserve this. I have no idea how to reach him right now and it is driving me bonkers. I know how much he loved his wife so I can imagine this is traumatic for him, but I need to know he is okay and quite frankly...alive...

Tl;dr: Brother is distraught
